2009 Corporeal
Representations of the body in contemporaneity.
«Throughout history, the body and its representation have been a reflection of every historical moment. Both the body itself as a support and its image have expressed the stage of thought and the ideological evolution of each culture, therefore, the study of the body has been a basic pillar in the knowledge of history, of societies and ourselves».
My proposal was the expanded sculpture "The Eighth Weapon", nine women's bodies, in reference to the rapes that took place in the wars.
