Cartographies<\/strong><\/p>\nThe loom, the industrial and the artisan, and everything that has represented socially and culturally in the world of the textile, has also been center of my interest, for that reason in some pieces incorporate it in format frame with the will of explore all those aspects that integrate it into the upholstery language, highlighting the production process and the tools as part of the work. That is why also the sequential pieces, the diptychs and triptychs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nIn these pieces we find warp and weft making the loom-frame that supports them disappear, but leaving their presence as if they were more embroidered locks or woven altarpieces.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nMaps and rivers, villages and margins, fields and fields, landmarks and signs, still reference pieces of my profession as a pattern designer, an observer covered by an unattainable nature, a cartoonist with pencils and threads in her hands.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nROUTE<\/strong>
