Corporeal<\/strong><\/p>\nThese sculptural pieces maintain the concept of the tapestry, as a work of large format, made with textiles and a specific technique, but already in many cases subverting the language that is its own, well in the measures, leaving the wall, or the fabric on the high ledge.<\/p>\n
Scanning will be the warp that will support a plot that will set up new symbolic visualizations:<\/p>\n
- a white rhombus as a point symbol or a linen piece unfolded and with stitches sewn in childhood, will be part of female body.
\n- a bed that when presented vertically shows us a gutted interior and a woven front between the embroidery and the tapestry, and with spindles spinning maternal genealogies.
\n- a coat that refers us to the absurdity of the fashion world, or a jacket showing in its construction process itself and in the patterns that make it up, the game of the subversion of languages.
\n- hats that, like a print made with the ancestral gesture of the fabric, also put, as a central element of the piece, the idea of the body.<\/p>\n
